Income and expense entries drive operating profit. Capital, loans and transfers are excluded from P&L.
Consolidation sums each business's operating results, without double counting transfers.
Transfers automatically create equal outgoing and incoming cash entries; they do not count as revenue or expense. Enter income when earned and expense when incurred for accurate accrual reporting; this simplified dashboard currently uses entered dates for both P&L and cash reporting.

Simple period operating ROI = operating profit ÷ recorded capital contributions × 100. This is a screening metric, not investor IRR, annualized ROI, or equity valuation. A negative or zero capital base makes it unsuitable.
Record investor funding only when actually received. Loans are financing liabilities, not revenue. Capital is not operating profit.
Cash position assumes zero opening balance on 01 Nov 2026; enter opening balances as capital contributions only if they truly are new capital, otherwise migrate opening balances separately.

Do not use this as your sole financial record or enter sensitive banking credentials. For production, migrate to a secured backend with access controls, audit logs, and database backups.
